safety of various types of assets such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, art and whatever investment
opportunities for capital appreciation.
Very few people have the time, knowledge and experience to invest wisely.
There is a vast amount of financial newsletters, advisers and so called analyst but their comments and
recommendations cannot be relied upon as reported and shown by Hubert Financial Digest
       (http://www.aaii.com/journal/article/think-twice-even-thrice-before-trading.touch)
where the top advisors in one year may become the worse advisors the following year.

There are fundamental concepts in financial planning that would enable one to become financially independent and there are
investments one can acquire to meet their
financial goals.

The objective of this site is to provide you with a
portfolio that is simple to manage.  There is no
need to use overly complicated or hard to
execute strategies where a straightforward
method works better..
The concepts and strategies presented in the subsequent sections are based on a few math principles, that we
learned (but probably forgotten) from college, to develop an investment plan to become financially independent..
Also presented are asset allocation and diversification of one's portfolio that is relatively simple to implement.

Keep in mind the acronym known as "KISS" meaning Keep It Simple Stupid".

Actual results and critera, using the concepts and strategies from this document, are shown in the References
(Section 9), where one can observe the performance and effectiveness from investing according to this site.

Throughout this document are links to websites for further information on various subjects.  Of course one can
also search the Internet for additional sources on subjects of interest.
